Commercial clarity before you commit for years.

TreeOwn keeps the core terms visible: ownership blocks, no upfront charge before readiness, fruit-share allocation, and naming-linked records.

The ownership model should be readable before the family decides.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using TreeOwn, you agree to these terms and the long-term ownership model described on the public pages. TreeOwn is a family tree stewardship service, not a quick seasonal purchase.

2. Ownership Model

TreeOwn plans are usually shown in 5-year blocks and may extend up to 30 years. The plan remains tied to the selected tree, the orchard readiness, and the family naming record.

3. No Upfront Charge Before Readiness

Commercial activation starts only when the tree, delivery cycle, and operating readiness are clear. TreeOwn does not use the terms page to hide a charge before the tree is ready.

TreeOwn is not a generic product sale.

The service is tied to a living orchard relationship, so readiness, fruit share, and tree-stage changes matter more than a standard ecommerce checkout flow.

Core obligations

  • Keep the tree record visible and specific
  • Keep the ownership model tied to readiness
  • Use clear handling for fruit share and delivery
  • Review changes against the real stage of the tree

4. Fruit Share

Up to 60% of realised fruiting may be allocated to the owner, subject to season, yield, and orchard handling. TreeOwn does not promise a fixed kilogram amount in every season.

5. Tree Naming and Records

Families can name the tree and keep ownership-linked records through the selected period. Those records help keep the relationship visible and specific.

6. Orchard Stewardship

TreeOwn relies on partner orchards, bagwani, and chemical-free care systems. Timelines depend on orchard conditions, weather, and tree readiness.

7. Changes and Cancellations

Changes are reviewed against the actual stage of the ownership journey. If the plan changes, the team will review the request against the work already done and the readiness state.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is handled under the applicable jurisdiction in that context.
